The Problem
The factory gaskets on 2012-2020 Toyota 86, Subaru BRZ, and Scion FR-S models are too thin, poorly sealed, and not water-resistant enough. Over time, water and debris wear down the seal, allowing moisture into the tail lights—causing fogging, condensation, and even pooling water.
The Solution
Gasket Ninja gaskets are made from high-density closed-cell neoprene foam, offering superior water and air resistance compared to the factory material. They're 1.59mm (1/16″) thicker and fit all OEM and most aftermarket tail lights. When paired with automotive weatherstrip adhesive, they create a durable, watertight seal that outperforms the factory gaskets.
