Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions
How many do I need to order?
Each single order is a set of gaskets (Quantity 1 = 2 pieces), so you only need 1 set per vehicle.
Do your gaskets work for aftermarket tail lights like Valenti?
Yes, our gaskets work for any OEM or aftermarket tail light for 2013+ Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ, or Toyota 86 models. Just be sure to order the correct gaskets for your model year vehicle. Note that most aftermarket tail lights didn't change their design for the 2017 model year updates, so they will still use the 2013-2016 gasket. The only tail lights guaranteed to use the 2017-2020 gasket are the OEM Toyota/Subaru LED tail lights, regardless of the year vehicle they're being used with.
I'm installing 2017 OEM tail lights onto my 2013-2016 car. Do your gaskets work for that?
Yes! In the case of installing 2017-2020 OEM tail lights onto a 2013-2016 vehicle, you'll need a set of 2017-2020 gaskets.
Why don't your products include the 2012 model year vehicles?
Our gaskets will work perfectly on 2012 Toyota GT86 and Subaru BRZ. Our company is based in the United States, where our first available models were the 2013 Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ, so that is where our products start.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the United States takes between 2-5 days. International shipping varies; Each country has different shipping times and customs delays. On average, International orders should be delivered in 7-21 days.
How do I dry out my tail lights?
There a multiple ways to dry out your tail lights that vary depending on how much time you can keep them separated from the vehicle. Removing the bulbs and letting the condensation evaporate will take the longest, but does work. To speed the process along, you can turn the open housings upside down in a box with rice, like you might with a cell phone that's been dropped in water. It will help wick away the moisture. You can also use a hair dryer and blow hot air into the housings to help speed up the process.
